I'm not claiming otherwise, but when a foreign entity just extracts wealth without really developing the place, that isn't furthering such people at all. Even worse when foreign entities do everything to fight against nationalization of public resources. If I don't want that to happen to my people, why would I promote it for others? Do Americans want their farm land to be owned by Chinese companies? No? Oh... Why then promote that for others?
