Agreed on all three, that was the point of listing the catch next to each one. Offline spending always moves trust somewhere: to whoever sees the signed tx, to the card's chip, or to the mint. Self-custody needs the chain, and the chain needs a connection. For small amounts, picking which trust you accept is the practical answer.
