"Trump threatens to stop trading with EU over ‘laughable’ membership offer to Canada"
He's mad because he is SERIOUS about annexing Canada and if Canada can deepen trade ties with China and the EU, his economic strangulation plan will fail.
That having been said - Europe should say "good deal" and stop trading with us. You won't, your ruling class won't take the hit - but it would be the smart move.
