I'm absolutely certain even before Martha's law that people who have an effective advocate get better care than those who don't.

Rather than displacement, we should be looking at why the Martha's Law type issues occur in the first place and why medical teams are not listening etc and perhaps how they're resourced and where they're wasting time/effort.
