This means kind of the same thing / works kind of the same. "The defaults" should not make user "follow" anyone hardcoded, but instead just show some default ids in the feed.

I think a better solution to this problem would be better to add a follower recommendation of some sorts if the pubkey is following zero other pubkeys and not force follow a bunch of pubkeys. Would make for a good introduction to the “account system” in nostr :) Probably easier said than done though😅
