I was thinking of testing out the search API but that may be overkill when you're only scanning your own toot history.
Here's how to use search to review your old toots from a given date backwards in case you need to flag them not to be deleted or want to do some manually.
This finds only toots you've posted before 2025-04-17 with a delete hashtag.
