I don't care how "epic" the "vision" is—I'm pretty sure that Rob Reiner was a greater director than Nolan will ever be, because Rob Reiner managed to make excellent films that by reports I've seen (could be wrong) seemed to be a delight to work on.
Directors are fucking responsible for the work environment they create. End of fucking story.
