The Horrors™ persist, but I’m fighting to hang onto small victories.
This little Mexican free-tailed #bat was brought to me by someone who recognised that it was in distress and cared enough to get it help. It had been accidentally trapped in an outdoor storage closet for probably many days, and was severely dehydrated and emaciated. After a lot of round the clock care, it is already on the way to recovering.
