Mid summer garden update: not a good year.

Nearly everything in the garden is struggling, I think because of heat, as well as either sap-sucking ants (they're everywhere!) or possibly mites.

I lost all my bush beans in the heatwave.

The tomatoes are doing OK though, so that's something.

And there's flowers on the artichoke :)
