I assume anybody who has comorbid disabilities can relate. It's so frustrating when a medication that can successfully treat one of your disabilities makes one or more of the others intolerably worse. I have treatment resistant depression; I've had it my entire life. Spravato is effective *to a degree*. The state of the world makes its effectiveness tremulous. The latest medication for my insomnia, which I took for two days, seems to make my depression skyrocket and my suicidal ideation reappear. The worst part? I think it actually helped me sleep better.
