IMO, it's a huge pain in the ass for someone with a very small business. If you're going to take just one or two people out on a hike or a photo day trip few times a month, I can't see it being worth the bother of getting a permit. It's different if you're going to bring a dozen or 20 people out. Or the permit process and fees were reasonable. (1/2)
