Two days ago the USA has apparently stopped sending Kyiv advance warning of Russian missile strikes, making timely evacuation and response impossible. Today I read that Musk is turning off Ukraine's Starlink comms for anything travelling faster than 160 km/h, thus crippling the country's offensive capacity.
Of course, this may have nothing to do with Donald Trump ...

What is already clear is that SpaceX can remotely change the operational parameters of terminals used on the battlefield. Even a narrow technical change, such as a speed limit, can immediately affect strike missions, reconnaissance and command links. For Ukraine, this is not only a question of one service update. It is a question of dependence.'
