...but, WHY isnt that the vast majority of how things work today already? why do ppl live as tenants and pay fortunes and face "oppressive landlords" ... i do think the reason is some folks have ENDLESS money and they want to secure their wealth and "store" it somewhere because they know cash wont hold value, so they put enormous buying pressure on everything, especially housing and where money is to be made, at least those who dont....
