also would someone please redpill me on the white sugar vs brown sugar debate. i've seen people go "WHITE SUGAR BAD FOR YOU, USE BROWN SUGAR" but when i look it up all i read is "TOO MUCH WHITE SUGAR MAKES YOU FAT AND DIABETIC" and that's true for brown sugar too please redpill me on this issue
