Oh, on the "alien voter" document, I should mention another methodological failure. They're counting *registered* voters, which is only a subset of people who actually vote. Motor-voter laws (a checkbox on a driver's license application) in particular make it very easy to register to vote without really trying.

The harm only comes if an ineligible registered voter actually shows up and votes. But they don't tell us how many of these purported noncitizens did that.
