I would be happy to include a credit, though if anyone does resolve the square-free status of Fermat numbers, I think they will get much more fame from the AI and mathematical communities than anything I can offer by mentioning that they made me change the plot of a science fiction novel.

I’m not really qualified to say this, but my hunch is that this question is orders of magnitude harder than anything that LLMs have resolved so far.
