The stuttering and latency make it pretty hard to use, to be honest. I could imagine using it for static content, like a tutorial web page, but even then, the using the cursor on that monitor is pretty painful.
This might have to do with the laptop I'm using, though. It's a _horrible_ Macbook Air from 2012.
