TommySatoshi (npub14u4…3g74) hey, I'm the author of MintRadar, an open-source site that keeps an eye on public Cashu mints.
For escrow checkout you need a mint that supports P2PK, ideally one with no input fee. MintRadar's free API can show you which mints meet that and how reliable they've been. Just operational data, you pick the mint.
