weev (npub1wee…09xg) to be fair, the variation of retardation does vary by race in europe, by law. i don't remember the details, but i think a somalian with a sub-retarded iq (by white standards) did a crime in i believe it was france? a year or two ago. the defense kept trying to say, oh he's retarded, he couldn't have known, let him go judge, but the prosecutor actually convinced the judge to rule that no, by somalian standards, this guy was not retarded and should be tried as a fully functioning human being. he ended up being sent to prison.
