FIC PA-2013 Super Socket 7 motherboard, one of the all time best SS7's.

Unfortunately this one is dead, I spent hours fault finding on it to figure out what was going on.
The first thing I noticed is, the CPU fan header is dead, it powers on, but no fan action.
