I am really worried about a significant undervote in the 18-34 demographic. So many have given up, and seeing no hope have lost any motivation to vote. But please, remember this:
⚫️ Democrats passed the Affordable Care Act, Obamacare, and are pushing for Medicare for all.
⚫️ Democrats began the process of student loan forgiveness, only to see Republicans derail the effort. In the majority, forgiveness will be back on the table.
⚫️ Democrats have vowed to contain US military expenditures & the Iran War - and will have much more credibility negotiating with the Iranians.
⚫️ Historically, Democrats have been better at managing the US economy than Republicans (who are known for their tax cuts for the rich while the rest of us suffer).
⚫️ Democrats are the party most concerned with maintaining, even expanding the safety net; while Republicans have cut programs like SNAP and Medicaid.
⚫️ Democrats are committed to our Democracy while Republicans are fascists.
