Does someone share this (kind of weird) feeling?
In opensource projects, if I git-fetch and I see a dozen of branches appear in the upstream repository, I am immediately repelled. Because I expect contributors not to push into the upstream repository, but PR from their "forks".
But in work project, everyone pushing into the same "upstream" repository is perfectly normal for me.
Kind of weird feeling IMO.
