As many of you are aware; California is trying to provide reparations to black citizens in the state.
Well, the republicans in state assembly tried to bring it to the floor for a vote to see if they were serious about it, and because it didn't have a "sufficient second" to allow for it, it was denied.
I'm shocked you guys.
