I don’t know how much I can emphasise that THEY KNEW ABOUT THESE PROBLEMS in the design meetings before it was released and they DECIDED to WORRY ABOUT THEM WHEN THEY HAPPEN.
That’s normal behavior now because people call this “bitching” and not worth shit if I don’t also offer a solution.
I offer the solution in the root post. Design is hard work and it’s exactly everything we should expect has been done before the product is released.
