Yesterday brought something home to me - exactly how isolated I sometimes feel working on my own on projects.
It was really, *really* productive (and very pleasant) working through something with a very knowledgeable friend over a half-day, even if I did feel completely out of my depth at times. But I learned a lot, and bashed a new approach together which I feel will work much better.
I don't think I'd have reached this conclusion on my own.
