I wonder how this is reconciled with kinematics? The dispersion formula tells us that \[m_0^2 = E^2 - p^2\]
We can get E and p from conservation laws. Does it mean that a neutrino is produced and propagates with a particular fixed invariant mass \(m_0\) that depends purely on the kinematics of the creation process?
