I was well into adulthood before I realized much of modern medicine is a scam.
Most doctors will put you on multiple pharmaceuticals with little thought to the interactions between them and no mention of even trying alternative treatments such as the myriad of plant medicines you can grow in your yard.
It's completely backwards. You should be trying natural medicine first and then if that doesn't work try pharms.
