As running is not going well I cycled yesterday and did a run & walk this morning with Pépite to stay a bit in shape. I try not to get frustrated. Anyway, I gave up the plan to run the Rotterdam marathon in 2026 for my 60th birthday. I don’t see it happening 😢.
