So let me get this strait. The EU made their own EU approved social media network that will require digital ID and stuff (and seems to be auto posting some details online) and then this instance has issues because they using bluesky's protocol which is fake decentral.

And now the EU based thing has issues because Bluesky is rate limiting it?

Surely I am misunderstanding right? Because that hellhole sounds like a shitshow.

I can run a nostr relay any time i'd want to take on the legal risk (which I don't) and have no such issue, no corporate overlord above my head, and a working search that does not depend on some org.
