Focus is essential to accomplish shit. Long term though, you're right, just becomes a new kinda bigotry. Like a spear, you pick up the focus, accomplish the task, and put it the fuck down.
There's no community in a crowd. They're all strangers. They are people in a place. Community is connection. Community is common values and shit like that.
