I personally use a nice easy one with the current PM and the current year. Became a bit problematic at one point with the constant spills.
You'll need a nice long password, throw in some special characters and a mix of lower and upper case. Put a number at the end so it can just be increased each password change. Also needs to be something you will easily remember. I suggest:
