there are also new evaluations that as more developing countries get industrialized the number of kids shrink to one or two from before 3 to 8 when both partners work -same trend as in western countries since decades -
china has this problem -india gets it now in the process --africa is following with some states also already after these evalutions - so i guess all is possible depending on how things will develop
