We can see how the power of the government is wielded to harm people, & we see it getting worse all of the time.

It would not be bad to have people in political office fighting to curtail that. But I don't mean "lesser of two evils". I mean pushing the limits of what they are able to accomplish within the system & putting up energetic opposition against people trying to do harm through governmental power.
