First step is to be friend, then if they stay, I'll setup a little basket outside while the temp is still comfortable to be around the house. If we reach this, I'll start to actively stick posters "found" on local shop and in the mail box of the neighborhood. In case they belong to someone and they are just an opportunistic hungry kitten. But if I don't have feedback after three weeks, I'll bring this one to the vet, for ID, sterilization and vaccine.
