DAY 35 Very short week and a pretty short day too. We watched our teacher work with some laminated dough and we banged some butter (I hope that’s the phrase also used to English, if not, let’s make it happen). Then we listen to some info about mousse and went home… back to school on Friday for more lamination. Which just leaves a lot of time for me to start freaking out about the upcoming test next week, practical and written. #BakerySchool #Baking #BecomingABaker
