I would argue there is an eighth, or maybe a 0th, ur-language to add: machine language.
No abstractions and bound tightly to the hardware, its excessive detail work was the reason computer languages became necessary.
Bytecode is the evolution of that and has changed the way interpreted and some compiled languages work.
