With the recent news of mRNA results from Moderna on successful cancer treatment results, it's fairly obvious that narrowly focused and specialized AI use has demonstrated it can have a positive effect when it's single-task oriented.
Unfortunately, that's simply isn't enough for the pay-me-trillions crowd. We can't get back to the middle ages fast enough for them, where power and money are the only goals.
