I would have to agree! Last year, I did a run of Skyrim with the Survival creation enabled and that disables fast travel, adds food/sleep requirements and forces you to seek fires and wear warmer gear in the coldest areas. Doing that made the game feel so much deeper and more immersive!
However, even with mods, I'd have to say it's very, very difficult to beat Morrowind as an RPG haha
