Voting again on the dumbest thing my town has done since I've been here. We (without my support) delayed a replacement fire station for our literally collapsing station and then went through the whole process again in such a way as it now
- develops currently open space (former plan did not)
- costs around 5% less (maybe $5/year/taxpayer)
- is 25% smaller
- comes a year later
- increases response times
vs the original plan.
And that doesn't count the ridiculous costs of this whole kerfuffle.
