That, I am not certain. I do not think they can enforce tariffs on digital content. So there is a possibility that some businesses may or may not ignore the tariffs on digital content. We will have to wait and see.

That said, I would not want a digital game. I paid good money to own my digital moves and games in the past, only to watch corporations wrongfully claim you do not own anything. - I recouped my loss by downloading them (matched fire with fire).
