Persuading a self-righteous hater of the working-class and of all symbols of her homeland is even less likely to work than persuading Mohammed to integrate.
They overwhelmingly don't have kids, so the demographic "opportunity cost" of getting rid of them is near zero.
*Then* you could partition off Marseilles etc as New Algeria, and retire.
