I can't agree with that summary at all. Just look at Punk in the 70's, where neither of those things were necessary - in fact was very much about anybody at all can make music - and several U.K. acts were big worldwide. And now would be a very appropriate time for young people to get angry again. π It just takes a spark to light a fire
