Yep, agree. I help people with computers at the public library and often when I suggest "accessibility" features (not even using those words just saying like "Hey wouldn't you like your mouse pointer to be a bit bigger?") they're often like "nope, thanks" but then when I show them that *I* am using them and how nice it looks, sometimes they change their mind. It helps everyone!
