I can tell Gowers is too busy to waste time on social media, but he occasionally posts a note on Bluesky, and it's worthwhile. He never posts anything here anymore. In general I find the math scene on social media extremely depressing these days. If I post anything deep and technical I get almost no replies. Of course that's an odd thing to do on social media, but I used to get enough responses to make it feel worthwhile. Now I find it more rewarding to talk to a LLM.
