Empire Builder?
Lots of butts in seats ("passenger miles") but IIRC the line-item for maintenance includes costs for "lesser included" routes, such as Hiawatha (Milwaukee <-> Chicago). Don't quote me on this, my understanding of Amtrak financial reporting is very basic. Just enjoying the game of "guess the Amtrak Route"
