I wonder why is it that reading novel leaves a more deep impression for me than visual medium like anime. But study says human absorb more information visually. Its like, anime scenes fades overtime from my memories, but novel *ideas* still stuck with me. Like, the scene I imagine of itself keep changing overtime, but the *idea* itself still lodged in my mind.
Now that I think about it, even the anime scenes that have fade still gave me a rough *idea* of what its trying to say, while details fade, the *idea* itself is still there.
I wonder if because when reading a novel I internalize the sentence, so the idea itself felt much more strongly than watching an anime where I just absorb it along the runtime.
