"the model was discontinued" - not making this up. I once ordered something in black, because that was the ONLY colour available - there was literally no other choice - and when it didn't show up and I contacted them to find out why, they said "we e-mailed you (I never got it) because Black is NO LONGER AVAILABLE, so we need you to choose another colour, and when we didn't hear from you we cancelled your order". I told them "black is the ONLY colour there", and they ignored me 🤬
