Today is a day for inertia (apart from putting the bins out etc) 'cos tomorrow there will be a procedure to treat my acronym and I'm a bit distracted and likely to make a mess of anything I attempt. This does not apply to lunch, which I will atempt with real enthusiasm, possibly more than once.
