I wore an OTC continuous glucose monitor for a month. The three things I learned that were the most important:

My glucose starts spiking 30 minutes after I eat a high-carb meal (good for timing my morning workout);

Doing a 30-second wall sit drops my excess glucose like a hot rock;

Years of erratically only sleeping a few hours a night was being caused by a glucose drop in the night, like clockwork (unless I ate a late meal - never made the connection before!). A "slow" snack (protein/fat) at bedtime bought me two more hours of sleep a night (literally)

Very educational - recommended.
