Don't put so much pressure on yourself, though. Maybe try just some freeform drawing where you're not aiming for anything specific, just focus on flow and randomness and adding elements later that seem to fit the imagery you see in the chaos. Try to find the zen in the movements versus aiming for a specific shape.
